No. Bid boards aggregate listings. PursuitScope interprets public construction opportunities against your company profile, identifies who or what controls the route to the work, explains exclusions, and recommends the next move.
What does the $250 Intelligence Pilot include?
The 30-day Pilot includes a company-fit profile, a first delivery within five business days after sufficient onboarding, one scheduled intelligence update per week, official evidence links, and separate time-sensitive alerts when waiting could cause you to miss an opportunity.
What does the $500 Intelligence Plus plan include?
The 30-day Plus plan begins with a first delivery within three business days after sufficient onboarding and includes two scheduled intelligence updates per week, expanded source and market coverage, addendum, planholder and award follow-up, priority alerts, and priority research requests.
Is this a one-time report?
No. Both plans provide ongoing monitoring and scheduled updates throughout the 30-day service period. A scheduled update is still delivered when monitoring finds no suitable new opportunity.
When does the 30-day period begin?
It begins when PursuitScope confirms that the paid onboarding profile contains enough information to start company-specific research, unless a different start date is agreed in writing.
What information is required during onboarding?
PursuitScope asks for the company role, capabilities, service areas, preferred entities and project sizes, licenses or certifications, route preferences, exclusions, growth priorities, and the Square receipt or order number. Never provide passwords, banking information, card numbers, Social Security numbers, or procurement-portal credentials.
Where does PursuitScope provide coverage?
Arizona is the launch market. The research framework supports public entities across the United States, including cities, counties, states, schools, universities, airports, transit agencies, utilities, special districts, and federal agencies. Scope is confirmed before payment.
What sources does PursuitScope use?
Research is grounded primarily in official public sources such as procurement portals, solicitations, addenda, capital plans, meeting agendas, planholder and bidder records, award notices, contract records, and agency documents. Each recommendation includes relevant dates and source links.
Does PursuitScope guarantee contracts or revenue?
No. PursuitScope improves research focus and pursuit timing, but it cannot guarantee bid eligibility, invitations, awards, contracts, revenue, profit, or any third-party procurement decision.
What happens if no matching opportunity is found?
The scheduled update explains the monitoring performed and reports that no suitable new opportunity met the company’s criteria. PursuitScope does not fill reports with poor-fit listings simply to increase the count.
Can I cancel and receive a refund?
A full refund is available before personalized research begins. After onboarding is complete and company-specific research has started, payments are non-refundable because the service is customized. If PursuitScope cancels or cannot deliver the agreed service, the customer receives a full or proportional refund.
How are reports delivered?
Scheduled intelligence updates and time-sensitive alerts are delivered to the business email supplied during onboarding. PursuitScope may contact the customer first if material capability or fit information is missing.
