Information we receive
- Contact and business information you provide, such as name, company, email, phone number, website, service area, trades, capabilities, and pursuit preferences.
- Communications, sample requests, onboarding answers, feedback, and customer-support correspondence.
- Website usage information collected through Google Analytics, which may use cookies and similar identifiers to report how visitors interact with the site.
- Payment status and transaction-related details supplied by Square. PursuitScope does not receive or store full payment-card or bank-account credentials.
How information is used
- Respond to requests and communicate with prospects and customers.
- Build company-fit profiles and deliver customized opportunity intelligence.
- Process, document, support, and reconcile purchases.
- Measure website performance, improve content, and understand marketing effectiveness.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, and meet applicable business and recordkeeping obligations.
Service providers
PursuitScope uses third-party providers to operate the business, including Square for payments, Hostinger for website hosting and business email, Google Analytics for website measurement, and Google services for business documents and workflow. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and selling
PursuitScope does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers working on the business, when requested by the customer, to protect legal rights or security, or when required by law.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet applicable obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided by emailing rob@pursuitscope.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, payment, or legal reasons. Visitors can control cookies through their browser and may use Google’s Analytics opt-out tools.
Children and changes
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. This notice may be updated as the service and providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
