Service agreement

PursuitScope service terms

The operating terms for company-specific public construction opportunity intelligence.

Effective July 21, 2026

By purchasing or using a PursuitScope service, the customer agrees to these terms and the applicable written scope confirmed before payment.

1. Services

PursuitScope provides research and intelligence based primarily on public procurement records, customer-supplied information, and related business sources. A service may include a company-fit profile, opportunity briefs, source links, stage and route analysis, exclusions, recommended actions, and follow-up monitoring described in the purchased plan or written scope.

2. Thirty-day pilots and delivery schedule

The Intelligence Pilot and Intelligence Plus are 30-day customized services. The service period begins when PursuitScope confirms that onboarding information is sufficient to begin research, unless a different start date is agreed in writing.

  • Intelligence Pilot: first delivery within five business days after sufficient onboarding, followed by one scheduled intelligence update per week during the 30-day period.
  • Intelligence Plus: first delivery within three business days after sufficient onboarding, followed by two scheduled intelligence updates per week during the 30-day period.
  • Both plans: time-sensitive qualified opportunities may be sent separately when waiting for the next scheduled update could cause the customer to miss the opportunity window.

A scheduled update may report that monitoring found no suitable new opportunity. PursuitScope does not guarantee a minimum number of matching opportunities, solicitations, bidders, awards, or contracts.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current capability, trade, geographic, licensing, capacity, and contact information.
  • Review all official solicitation documents and amendments before making a bid or business decision.
  • Maintain required registrations, licenses, bonding, insurance, certifications, and procurement qualifications.
  • Make all final estimating, bidding, outreach, legal, financial, and contracting decisions.
  • Do not provide passwords, payment credentials, or procurement-portal credentials to PursuitScope.

4. No contract or revenue guarantee

PursuitScope does not guarantee invitations, bid eligibility, subcontracting access, responsiveness, awards, contracts, revenue, profit, or renewal. Public records may be incomplete, delayed, amended, withdrawn, or superseded. Recommendations are research judgments based on the information reasonably available at the time.

5. Not professional advice

The service is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, engineering, estimating, bonding, insurance, or procurement-compliance advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals when those matters affect a pursuit or contract.

6. Fees and payments

Fees are charged in U.S. dollars through Square or another agreed method. Work may be held until payment and required onboarding information are received. Taxes, if applicable, will be handled as shown at checkout or on the invoice.

7. Cancellations and refunds

The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these terms. Customized work becomes non-refundable after personalized research begins, subject to the exceptions stated in that policy.

8. Customer information and confidentiality

PursuitScope will use customer-supplied nonpublic information to perform and support the service and will not intentionally publish it without authorization. Customers should identify sensitive business information and avoid sharing credentials or regulated data. Website and customer information is also governed by the Privacy Notice.

9. Deliverables and permitted use

Upon payment, the customer may use delivered briefs and reports internally for its own business development and pursuit decisions. PursuitScope retains ownership of its research methods, templates, scoring approaches, formats, and general know-how. Customers may not resell, publicly republish, or systematically redistribute deliverables without written permission.

10. Third-party sources and links

Public agencies, procurement systems, plan rooms, payment providers, and other third parties control their own content and availability. PursuitScope is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, errors, access rules, or decisions.

11. Ending the service

Either party may decline renewal. PursuitScope may pause or end service for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful activity, credential sharing, abusive conduct, or material failure to provide information needed to perform the work. Any refund will follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12. Contact and changes

Questions may be sent to rob@pursuitscope.com. PursuitScope may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms apply prospectively from the published effective date unless otherwise agreed.
